Clear and simple: you pay once, your report has a guaranteed date, and if we miss it you get your money back.

Billing

You pay once at checkout for the package you choose and any add-ons. The full price is shown before you pay. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

On-time report guarantee

Before you pay, checkout shows the date your report is guaranteed by. It’s within 21 days, however many apps you choose, or within 7 days with Express delivery. If your report isn’t delivered by that date, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll refund your payment in full.

Otherwise, all sales are final

Because we start searching as soon as you pay, payments are otherwise final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t give refunds for finding no results, for being unhappy with the results, for changing your mind, or for not using the service.

Genuine billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, or hit a clear technical billing error, contact us and we’ll review it fairly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We may contest chargebacks using these terms and your usage records, and we may close accounts that file bad-faith disputes.

There’s nothing to cancel — each order is charged once. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
