When is a payment refunded?

Your report is late. If it isn’t delivered by the guaranteed date, you get a full refund.
Your report finds nothing. The payment is final. A “nothing found” report is finished work, and it lists every app we checked.
Anything else. Payments are final, including when you change your mind or don’t like what the report shows.
