Email support@cheaterbusting.com. Write from the email address you used for your order, and include the date you ordered. CheaterBusting is operated by MindCrafters LLC.
What should you include?
- The email address you used at checkout. If you write from another address, tell us which one you ordered with.
- The date you ordered and the package you chose.
- A short description of what you need.
What should you leave out?
- Photos of the person you searched for, or of anyone else. Email isn’t the place for them.
- Card numbers or bank details. We never need them by email.
- Passwords or login codes for any account, yours or anyone else’s.

Your order and report date
Checkout shows your guaranteed report date before you pay. If you have a question about an order, write to us from your order email.
A late report
If your report isn’t delivered by its guaranteed date, you’re due a full refund. Reply to your confirmation email or write to support. Our refund policy has the details.
Other refund questions
Payments are otherwise final, including when a report finds nothing. If you were charged twice or hit a clear billing error, contact us and we’ll review it.
Deleting your details
To ask us to delete the details from your search, email us from the address you ordered with. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
A Cheaterbuster charge
We’re a different company from Cheaterbuster, and we can’t see, cancel, or refund its subscriptions. Contact Cheaterbuster directly. Our guide to cancelling Cheaterbuster lists its support routes.
